It is our first Christmas and we were really excited about it, presents, nice food......a lay in

We were wide awake though by 10am when the rustle of opening presents drew our attention to a rather large heap of parcels with our names on. It's surprising how the smell of a meaty snack gets through the wrapping and in no time we were partaking of our second favourite pastime, eating snacks, not real food of course, that's boring.
There is always the Christmas humiliation to be got through, playing charades, granny snoring or eating to many brussel sprouts. Well ours was soon upon us, no sooner had we got up then we were invited to wear our first presents...........................Luckily Auntie Nicola joined in with the spirit of the occasion so we were not the only ones looking silly. I tried to look away so I'd not be recognised.

Of course there were other moments......Mummy had to have a go wearing Maisies antlers and well..............I whispered in Maisies ear, 'Mummy's been drinking the Bailey's again'
