Today mummy's friend arrived, I let them talk while I got to know Lucy. She's REALLY old, mummy said 14 years, WOW, but that made her a bit slow and all my best attempts to make her play failed. I tried eating the tail, chewing the ear, licking paws, mouth, nose, in fact anywhere I could reach and she ignored me! I had great fun though following her everywhere she went..We eventually agreed a compromise, we both lay down for a sleep near each other. I hope she comes back soon.
